I 1856 ble E.C.Dahls bryggeri grunnlagt av levemannen Erich Christian Dahl i Trondheim. Dahls Pils er blandt Norges eldste pilsnere og brygges med samme unike gjærstamme som har vært benyttet i over 70 år. Ølet har en strågul farge. Aromaen er lett preget av bananfruktighet fra gjær, i tillegg til en lett floral humleduft. Smaken er lett fruktig og balansert. Ølet egner seg til pizza, pastaretter og kylling. Serveringstemperatur: 3 - 6 °C.
